My story

I registered Coulter Life Photography as a business out of my living room in 2015, setting up and tearing down my gear before and after each meeting.  I am thrilled to still be here 10 years later, but with a dedicated home studio, an expanding client family, continually growing skills, and true joy in my craft. 

I was honored and thankful to be voted the 2025 Bronze Photographer Best of Middle Georgia through the Macon Telegraph.

OverwhelmED & Thankful!

SO MUCH gratitude is filling my heart for my clients and supporters who voted for me in the Best of Middle Georgia 2025 in addition to standing behind me, in front of my camera, and at my side for the past 10 years! 

I am a small, homebased business.  Yet collaborative models gave me oportunities to hone my craft.  Business collaborators gently steered me away from misfires and gave me encouragement to follow a sustainable path.  Fellow entrepreneurs hired me for projects that let my small business remain
open & busy throughout the covid lockdown.


Of course my greatest thanks go to my Creator and those who sacrificed the most sanity, sleep, and patience ... my family (amazing hubby, kids, & siblings) ... who, over the years, helped me to establish and follow my dream to live a creative life and bring joy and comfort to others through photographic art.

Who are the “We/Us” I mention?  I am sole owner, photographer, retoucher, and restorer in Coulter Life Photography.  However, I do licence exquisite composite resources at times and have collaborative partners and hardworking loved ones who have shared their ideas & energy over the years pouring directly into Coulter Life Photography as well … And for all of these, I am truly thankful.
